電廠智(zhi)能(neng)照明系(xi)統(tong),針對(dui)照明設備老化(hua),方式落(luo)后、無(wu)(wu)法統(tong)一調度、無(wu)(wu)法實時(shi)(shi)監測、故(gu)障響應慢等(deng)問題,采(cai)用物聯網(wang)智(zhi)能(neng)終端設備,獨立、分組控制照明設備,集中統(tong)一管理,主動報警,及時(shi)(shi)響應。
方案架構
基于物聯網智(zhi)能(neng)感知(zhi)、無(wu)線通訊等(deng)技術,通過大量(liang)智(zhi)能(neng)照(zhao)明控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)終端,實時(shi)、準確(que)、全(quan)面(mian)地監(jian)控(kong)(kong)廠(chang)區(qu)的照(zhao)明設(she)備運行狀況,實現對電(dian)廠(chang)儲藏室(shi)、輸(shu)送區(qu)、鍋(guo)爐房、控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)室(shi)、配電(dian)房等(deng),室(shi)內(nei)外照(zhao)明設(she)備的智(zhi)能(neng)化控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。
功能概述
1、在線監測:24小(xiao)時實(shi)時獲取各式照明設備(bei)的用電量(liang)、總電量(liang)、開(kai)關狀態等數據,并以一分鐘一次(ci)的頻(pin)率(lv)上(shang)傳到(dao)云平臺,并實(shi)時存儲,生成(cheng)曲線圖,直觀查看電廠(chang)的能(neng)耗詳情;
2、仿真組態:根據電廠(chang)各科室的位置、照(zhao)明(ming)系統布(bu)線等實際布(bu)局,在云(yun)平臺界(jie)面上組態重現電廠(chang)的照(zhao)明(ming)系統結構圖,實現監(jian)測界(jie)面的生(sheng)動形(xing)象;
3、智(zhi)能控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi):支持(chi)zigbee智(zhi)能自(zi)動控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)能,可(ke)對(dui)各科(ke)室照明(ming)設備設置(zhi)(zhi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)條(tiao)件或控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)模式,支持(chi)會客、外出、睡覺等(deng)模式,多條(tiao)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)邏(luo)(luo)輯并行,控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)邏(luo)(luo)輯、參數通過電(dian)腦監控(kong)(kong)(kong)平(ping)臺進行遠(yuan)程設置(zhi)(zhi)調節(jie),實時生效(xiao),根(gen)據實際(ji)情況及時開關燈;
4、集中(zhong)監(jian)(jian)控:電(dian)廠(chang)智(zhi)能照(zhao)明(ming)系統(tong)監(jian)(jian)測數(shu)據,支持(chi)接入監(jian)(jian)控中(zhong)心大屏等終端設備(bei),同時查看電(dian)廠(chang)內所有子系統(tong)照(zhao)明(ming)設備(bei)的監(jian)(jian)控運(yun)行數(shu)據,統(tong)一(yi)展示;
5、主動報(bao)(bao)(bao)警:當照明等設(she)備數據出(chu)現(xian)異常或故(gu)障(zhang)時,系統觸發報(bao)(bao)(bao)警機制,通(tong)過手機APP消(xiao)息(xi)推送、微信(xin)消(xiao)息(xi)通(tong)知、管理者手機電(dian)話、短(duan)信(xin)報(bao)(bao)(bao)警等方式,實現(xian)多(duo)重報(bao)(bao)(bao)警通(tong)知,防止漏報(bao)(bao)(bao)造成的事(shi)故(gu)隱患;
6、聯動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi):根(gen)據各科室的(de)實(shi)際情況,可配合手動(dong)按鈕(niu)、智能開關、門磁傳感(gan)器等設備(bei)聯動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi);
